This experience is open to all—whether it’s your first time exploring breathwork or you’ve joined before, you are warmly welcome just as you are. Together we’ll slow down, breathe with intention, and create space to release, reset, and reconnect with ourselves.
How to prepare:
– Have a light meal 1-2 hours before we begin
– Wear comfortable, layered clothing
– Bring a water bottle, journal and anything cozy (warm socks, eye pillow)
– An open heart and curious spirit
