What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a gentle yet powerful breathing technique that uses a continuous, circular breath pattern—with no pause between the inhale and exhale. This intentional breath opens space to move stuck energy, release tension, and reconnect to the wisdom within.
At Soul Flow Healing, each session is held with compassion and care. You’ll be gently supported to breathe at your own rhythm, release what’s ready, and ground fully at the end of your journey.

Last Sunday I had my first breathwork session with Dawne. From the moment I stepped into her calming and peaceful space I felt welcomed and safe with her to guide me through the journey of breathwork meditation.
