7-Week Beginner Yoga Journey Move with Confidence • Build Strength • Connect Within
This 7-week beginner series is designed to help you feel comfortable, confident, and supported as you learn the foundations of yoga from movement and theory. Whether you’re completely new or returning after time away, this container offers a progressive and welcoming space to grow at your own pace. Each 60-minute class will guide you through foundational yoga poses (asanas), breath awareness (pranayama), and mindful movement practices that strengthen both body and mind. Over the weeks, you’ll build strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination while developing a deeper awareness of how your body moves and feels. By the end of the 7 weeks, you’ll have a strong foundation for your ongoing yoga practice and a greater sense of ease in movement, breath, and presence.
