My Breathwork Story
I'm Dawne—a certified Breathwork Facilitator, 200-hour Yoga Teacher, and intuitive guide. My path has been shaped by deep healing, spiritual curiosity, and a desire to reconnect with the body’s wisdom. After walking through personal challenges and profound transformation, I’ve learned to trust my inner voice and live in alignment with my truth. Years of navigating health struggles left me feeling disconnected from my body and longing for a deeper sense of balance and wholeness.
When I found the breath, everything began to shift. What started as a simple practice became a powerful pathway to release, clarity, and inner trust. Breathwork helped me rebuild a relationship with my body, regulate my nervous system, and return to my own inner voice.
Through breath, movement, and energy work, I now hold space for others to do the same—to soften, release, and come home to themselves. My approach is grounded in presence, personal insight, and intuitive care, with a deep respect for the body’s natural wisdom. This work invites you to remember who you are and reclaim the calm, strength, and wisdom already within you.

My yoga journey began in my 20s, initially drawn to the physical flow and strength it cultivated. Moving through each pose awakened a deeper connection to my body and inner potential—a sacred invitation to listen deeply to the whispers of my soul.
Though life’s path led me away at times, the steady rhythm of movement never left my spirit. Personal milestones became gentle reminders of my resilience and and inner strength.
In 2015, the warmth of a yoga class softened my resistance, inviting me to simply show up—breathing fully, grounding deeply, and surrendering to the sacredness of the present moment. It was here I remembered: yoga is not about perfection but presence, a soulful communion with the deepest part of who I am.
Since then, yoga has blossomed into a ritual of awakening—where creativity flows freely and authenticity blooms. In fall 2024, I embraced formal training, stepping more deeply into this lifelong journey of unfolding my spirit and embracing my purpose.
