This package is non-refundable.
Session dates and times will be discussed and confirmed between the client and Soul Flow Healing.
If a confirmed session needs to be cancelled by the client, notice must be given at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
If cancellation occurs within 24 hours, one reschedule will be permitted. Any further missed or late cancellations will result in a forfeited session.
If Soul Flow Healing needs to cancel, the client will be notified and a new date will be arranged as soon as possible.
