Join us for a special Summer Solstice Women’s Breathwork Circle as we gather to honor the season of light, expansion, renewal, and inner awakening.

The Summer Solstice is a time to celebrate your growth, release what no longer serves you, and reconnect with the light that lives within.

Through guided breathwork, reflection, and ritual, you’ll be invited to let go, gain clarity, and illuminate the intentions you wish to carry into the summer season.

Weather permitting, we may gather outdoors on the patio beneath the summer sky.
