Join me for a new monthly Breathwork Circle offering —a welcoming space where all are invited to explore the healing power of the breath.

In each circle, you’ll be guided through a breathwork journey supported by music and community. This practice helps release stress, calm the mind, and restore balance, while creating space for clarity, healing, and deeper connection.

No previous experience is needed—just come as you are. Together, we’ll breathe, release, and reconnect.
